Performance Handgun Shooting Course

This class is a full day performance based shooting class that emphasizes the importance of tracking performance goals and how to practice for competition and shooting skill improvement.

Students will start the day with basic drills to evaluate any inefficiencies or errors in shooting fundamentals. Class will focus on skills needed to correct those fundamentals then will go into a guided practice session focusing on the process of improvement rather then meeting a specific goal (if your goal is Master Class this one course is not enough but it gives you a start). Class will end by running the same drills at the end of the day and students will evaluate their own performance.

PREREQUISITES: Attendees must have basic firearms handling skills including the ability to safely draw from a holster without flagging themselves or others. Attendees should have participated in at least one IDPA / USPSA / Steel Challenge match prior to attending.

EQUIPMENT NEEDED: Handgun with at least 4 magazines, (8 if running a single stack 1911), kydex or similar stiff construction OWB or IWB holster, magazine pouches, competition or duty grade gun belt. 600 Rounds Required

Handgun Slide Mounted Red Dots

This class is a full day "transition" course for those shooters who know that the slide mounted Red Dot Sight (RDS) is not the of the future, it is the way of today!
